When the following conditions are met:

  • Married 5 years or less
  • No children born from the partnership
  • No one is pregnant
  • Total community property valued under $38,000.00 (cars not included)
  • No separate property worth more than $38,000.00
  • Community property debt no greater than $6,000.00

Quickie Divorce Without Children

When the following conditions are met:

  • Both Parties agree to work together
  • Parties can communicate and cooperate with one another without assistance
  • All information required is provided by both Parties completely and timely
  • Parties provide Go Divorce Clinic with choices and decisions to settle estate
  • Parties do not require mediation to settle spousal support issues

Quickie Divorce With Children

When the following conditions are met:

  • Both Parties agree to work together
  • Parties can communicate and cooperate with one another without assistance
  • All information required is provided by both Parties completely and timely
